POSITION SUMMARY
At CVS Health, we are committed to delivering an exceptional developer experience across our digital engineering organization. We are building a Developer Experience (DevEx) Tooling & Automation team and are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal platforms, tools, and developer-facing applications that enable engineers across CVS Health to be more productive, efficient, and empowered.
As a core contributor within the DevEx organization, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with Staff Engineers and DevEx leadership to translate architectural vision into production-ready solutions. This role spans the full technology stack — from modern frontend frameworks to backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native deployments. Collaborate with DevEx leadership and Staff Engineers to implement architectural designs and deliver cloud-native, production-grade solutions.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, and automation to enable reliable, efficient software delivery.
Apply best practices for security, observability, performance, accessibility, and testing across the full stack.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including:
3+ years of backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python.

Data warehousing platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift)
2+ years of experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
