Scope of Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer with a strong backend focus—particularly in C# .Net Framework, .Net Core, PHP, and SQL—to architect, build, and maintain scalable, highperformance web applications and services. While this role includes some frontend responsibilities, the emphasis is on backend systems, API development, data modeling, system integrations, and cloudbased application architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to lead backend design decisions across complex systems. 

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using API routes) with C# .Net Framework, .Net Core, PHP, and SQL applications 

  • Architect, design, and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption 

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQLbased data models, schemas, queries, and stored procedures 

  • Implement workflowdriven business processes, system integrations, and backend automation 

  • Ensure backend systems meet high standards for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability 

  • Design and maintain backend infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments 

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration between backend services and user interfaces 

  • Contribute to architectural decisions across backend, database, and integration layers 

  • Write clean, welldocumented, testable backend code; participate in code reviews and enforce backend best practices 

  • Mentor junior developers, especially in backend engineering, API design, and database development 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and backlog refinement 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience 

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering 

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript 

  • Professional experience developing and maintaining PHP applications and services 

  • Strong SQL expertise, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning 

  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL 

  • Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) 

  • Experience implementing backend workflows, integrations, and automation 

  • Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm, pnpm) 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows 

  • Solid understanding of backend security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices 

  • Strong problemsolving, debugging, and communication skills 

  • Experience using AIassisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to improve development efficiency and code quality 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Next.js or other Reactbased frameworks (for integration with backend services) 

  • Experience modernizing or integrating legacy PHP systems 

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining backend libraries, shared services, or internal tooling 

  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments 

  • Knowledge of automated testing tools (testRigor, Cypress, Playwright, or backendfocused testing frameworks)

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $124,000 - $138,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.”
