What You’ll Do

  • Lead interactive group workshops and requirements sessions to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide SAP Commerce (Hybris) business solution domain expertise including the functional use of hybris, its various administrative cockpits and the b2b and b2c accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the hybris platform guiding them to the best practices for their needs.
  • Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria. Support QA and UAT efforts.
  • Act as a bridge between the client, technical, strategy and creative teams; facilitating internal, technical and client design reviews; and ensuring that delivered application remains true to the creative design, strategic direction and defined business outcomes.
  • Lead the maintenance of the project team collaboration space (Confluence) and issue/task management system (Jira). Work with team members to maximize the value of these systems and set a good example in their use.

What We Look For

  • Bachelors in Business, Computer Science or related fields
  • 5+ years experience as a Business / Functional Analyst or similar role creating functional business requirements
  • Experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris)
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence in and Agile environment
