Client Consulting & Solution Design

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture

Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
  • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services

Pre-Sales & Advisory

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.


Salary & Benefits

  • The total compensation for this role is $90,000 to $130,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
