This role requires someone comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing extensive communication across clients, internal teams, and external partners.

As a Senior GEO & SEO Project Manager, you will not only drive traditional Search Engine Optimization strategies but also Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies and best practices—helping our clients gain visibility in the era of AI-driven and generative search engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external GEO and SEO initiatives.

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to integrate optimization strategies into website updates.
  • Continuously stay current on SEO and GEO industry shifts, ensuring clients remain competitive in search and AI-driven discovery.
  • Partner with client leadership to create optimized content addressing market changes and new search trends.
  • Leverage expertise in technical SEO/GEO (site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, HTML optimization) to support site performance.
  • Analyze performance data, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations that increase ROI and visibility across both search engines and AI platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, prompt research, content audits, and semantic optimization to support both traditional ranking factors and AI-driven query responses.
  • Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measurement plans in collaboration with analytics and media teams.
  • Stay on top of emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in GEO, SEO, and search marketing.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and others to drive data-informed strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, communications, or a related analytical field.
  • 3+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies and how AI-driven engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are reshaping search. Successful GEO campaign history a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and web analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and clearly communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years in advanced SEO, AI-driven content analytics, or Search Intelligence, including 2+ years working directly with LLM outputs
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Perplexity APIs and prompt-engineering techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Why Join Us?

  • 100% remote position with a flexible and collaborative culture.
  • Opportunity to lead in the next evolution of SEO through GEO.
  • Work with a talented team of marketers, creatives, and technologists on high-impact client projects.
