We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a sharp, fashion-forward Senior Graphic Designer / Digital Art Director to join our creative team and shape the visual voice of the brand.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong sense of creative vision and a deep understanding of digital storytelling. This role will lead the execution of elevated, brand-forward graphics across email, web, social, and paid—bringing big-picture thinking to every campaign and touchpoint. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in fashion or lifestyle design, with a portfolio that reflects thoughtful creative direction, a modern aesthetic, and a strong eye for what resonates digitally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the NUUDS visual identity across all digital channels: (1) Email: Concept, design, and optimize email creative with brand voice and high impact, (2) Web: Homepage refreshes, landing pages, collection graphics, and UX visuals, (3) Social: Story-first design, static post graphics, IG highlight icons, reels covers, and (4) Paid Media: Design high-performing ad assets across Meta and other platforms
- Work closely with the VP of Brand to ideate and pitch creative concepts that elevate the look, feel, and storytelling of the brand
- Lead and organize digital asset production calendars to meet all launch deadlines
- Create and maintain design systems in Figma, Photoshop, and in design for cross-functional consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring seasonal campaigns to life across touchpoints
- Animate light motion assets for stories, reels, and site graphics
- Develop or incorporate custom typefaces to elevate the brand’s distinct look
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital graphic design, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium, modern work across email, web, and social
- Visionary thinking with the ability to take an idea and run with it across formats
- Strategic thinker who can balance creative experimentation with brand cohesion
- Experience creating high-converting content for eCommerce and social channels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bonus: Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects or similar)
- Bonus: Experience designing or working with custom typefaces
