Description

Megatel Homes is seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to join our team in Uptown Dallas. This role is ideal for a designer with 5 + years of experience creating sophisticated brand work across digital, print, motion, and social media. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of contemporary design, luxury branding, typography, photography, and visual storytelling, with experience creating elevated marketing for premium consumer brands.

We're looking for a designer who can translate the Megatel Homes brand across every touchpoint—from community launches and advertising campaigns to sales centers, digital experiences, environmental graphics, and print collateral. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and bring a refined design perspective that reflects the quality and craftsmanship of a luxury homebuilder.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop creative from concept through final execution.
  • Design and produce brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, and social media.
  • Help maintain and evolve the Megatel Homes brand across all customer touch points.
  • Develop creative advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, events, community marketing, and sales materials.
  • Create motion graphics and visual content for digital campaigns and social media.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.
  • Stay current on contemporary design, luxury branding, architecture, interiors, and residential marketing trends.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional branding, typography, editorial, and digital design.
  • Experience designing for luxury, architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
  • Strong typographic, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Position is based in our Uptown Dallas office.
