As part of our expanding Marketing team, we are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who will elevate our brand with modern, high-impact visuals and creative direction.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to produce high-quality digital assets, branding materials, promotional graphics, and visually compelling content for UltaHost.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and capable of delivering consistent, professional designs across all digital channels. You will collaborate closely with our UI/UX, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Production
  • Create high-quality visuals, banners, social media creatives, ads, infographics, and digital assets.

  • Produce visually engaging graphics for websites, campaigns, product pages, and landing pages.

  • Improve and optimize existing design materials for better quality and brand alignment.

  • Develop custom illustrations, icons, or visual elements when needed.

Branding & Identity
  • Maintain and enhance UltaHost’s visual identity across all platforms.

  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure cohesive digital experiences.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support social media, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with content writers and product teams to ensure accurate and visually strong materials.

Innovation & Quality
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, techniques, and tools.

  • Deliver fresh, creative ideas that improve engagement and visual impact.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards before publishing or deployment.

Required QualificationsExperience & Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Designer, or similar role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (preferred), plus knowledge of After Effects or similar tools.

  • Experience working on web-focused and digital-first design projects.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Color theory

    • Composition

    • Typography

    • Visual hierarchy

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work quickly.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and high creative standards.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong design portfolio showcasing high-quality graphics, digital assets, and brand-related work is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or hosting industries.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design workflows.

  • Experience designing for paid ads, performance marketing, and high-conversion visuals.

  • Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus (not mandatory).
