We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team and accelerate our product’s growth through rapid experimentation, data analysis, and scalable technical solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing to optimize funnels, automate growth loops, and implement features that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize key growth metrics.
  • Architect and build scalable systems that support growth initiatives, such as onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of experiments.
  • Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement, reduce churn, and personalize user experiences.
  • Ensure technical excellence through best practices in performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Qualifications 
  • Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoRm or Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g., Pirate Metrics, viral loops).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Mindset 
  • Obsession with metrics (LTV, CAC, retention) and rapid iteration.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action. 
Nice-to-haves 
  • Familiarity with AI or LLM tools
  • Experience with growth at a startup or scaling product.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools (Braze, HubSpot), or marketing automation.

The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
