As EverHealth advances its growth journey across DrChrono, CollaborateMD and Updox the Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition, reporting into the Head of Growth Marketing, will play a central role in driving pipeline performance, improving funnel efficiency, and delivering scalable ARR impact across our multi-solution portfolio.

About the Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Acquisition is a senior individual contributor role and will own strategy, execution, and performance of our customer acquisition engine across both inbound and outbound channels for the EverHealth portfolio. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth, collaborating closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Revenue Operations and external agency partners, to ensure integrated, high-performing go-to-market motions.

This role owns performance-driven pipeline generation across inbound and outbound programs and is accountable for channel-level pipeline targets across lifecycle stages (MGL → SAL → SQL → Closed-Won). In addition to partnering with our external agency to drive paid and organic performance channels, this position oversees the inbound and SDR-aligned outbound execution framework delivered by Growth Marketing Manager roles, ensuring all acquisition, outbound and expansion plays are aligned with EverHealth’s Growth Marketing Strategies and revenue objectives.

 This role will proactively identify ways to improve funnel progression, remove operational barriers, and ensure marketing programs are supported by accurate data flow, lifecycle alignment, and reporting infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Growth Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Define and execute digital acquisition strategy aligned to EverHealth Growth Marketing goals across DrChrono, CollaborateMD and Updox.
  • Influence pipeline forecasting through campaign planning, experimentation strategy, and funnel performance analysis.
  • Lead cross-funnel optimization initiatives to improve pipeline velocity, reduce sales cycle length, and increase campaign-sourced ARR contribution.
  • Translate ICP segmentation and market opportunity into coordinated acquisition plays that drive qualified pipeline across solution lines.
  • Serve as the primary leader and manager for EverHealth’s external performance agency across paid media, SEO, and organic strategies.
  • Ensure execution quality across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, SEO optimization, AIO/AEO, link structure, content recommendations, and site performance improvements.
  • Translate Growth Marketing Strategy into agency briefs, ICP filters, campaign objectives, testing plans, and optimization expectations.

Inbound & Outbound Execution Leadership

  • Own end-to-end inbound and outbound execution across each EverHealth solution (DrChrono, CollaborateMD, Updox), ensuring aligned delivery against acquisition, expansion, and pipeline targets.
  • Operationalize ICP segmentation frameworks by solution, including firmographic, behavioral, and intent-based criteria to guide both inbound targeting and outbound prioritization.
  • Partner with RevOps, Data, and SDR leadership to identify, source, QA, and continuously refine outbound lead lists, ensuring alignment to ICP, data integrity standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Establish and own outbound campaign architecture, including channel strategy (email, call, LinkedIn, retargeting), message mapping by ICP segment and buying stage, and clear ownership across Growth, SDR, and RevOps.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for outbound cadences, including structured experimentation across messaging, sequencing, timing, and channel mix to improve conversion rates (MQL → SAL → SQL).
  • Own Groove (or equivalent sales engagement platform) strategy and governance, including cadence structure and standardization, messaging templates and personalization frameworks, and usage expectations and adoption across SDR teams.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to SDR leadership, ensuring tight alignment between inbound capture, outbound follow-up, and pipeline conversion strategies across all solutions.
  • Lead campaign kickoff processes for outbound and integrated programs, including ICP and list validation, messaging and offer alignment, SDR enablement and readiness, tracking, attribution, and success criteria definition.
  • Translate Growth Marketing strategy into clear execution briefs for inbound and outbound programs, including campaign objectives, target segments, channel plans, testing strategies, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure full-funnel alignment between inbound and outbound motions, including lead handoff definitions, SLA adherence, and coordinated follow-up strategies by segment.
  • Implement and monitor outbound and SDR performance metrics, including activity and conversion benchmarks (connect rate, reply rate, meeting set rate), pipeline contribution and velocity by segment, and campaign-level ROI and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to continuously optimize outbound performance, identify gaps in targeting, messaging, sequencing, or execution and driving iterative improvements.
  • Support integrated inbound and outbound campaign planning that drives net-new acquisition and expansion pipeline, ensuring consistent execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and ABM programs.

Conversion Rate Optimization & Funnel Performance

  • Lead CRO efforts across landing pages, website paths, paid programs, forms, and lifecycle touchpoints; develop structured testing plans and oversee execution.
  • Conduct funnel diagnostics to identify friction, leakage, and velocity opportunities across acquisition and expansion programs.
  • Produce detailed insights and improvement plans related to performance trends, cross-solution opportunities, and funnel progression.
  • Partner with RevOps to refine scoring models, routing logic, lifecycle definitions, and attribution standards.

Marketing Systems & Data Integration

  • Audit and optimize the marketing tech stack in partnership with Growth, BizOps, and RevOps to ensure accurate measurement, routing, scoring, and attribution across Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Heap, ad platforms, and website systems.
  • Partner with EverHealth Technology and Operations teams to coordinate site updates, technical SEO improvements, tagging requirements, and conversion-focused improvements.

Integrated Campaign Alignment

  • Ensure performance is well integrated into multi-solution campaigns, lifecycle programs, content initiatives, and Sales/SDR motions.
  • Support the execution of acquisition and expansion campaigns (that drive upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and reactivation pipeline across existing customers.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain reporting standards, monthly reviews, and performance presentations for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the Growth Marketing team while partnering with Product Marketing, Sales leadership, and RevOps to ensure growth programs, campaigns and initiatives align to revenue goals.
  • Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations that influence leadership decisions related to channel investment, campaign planning, and platform optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for channel expansion, optimization, budget efficiency, and cross-functional improvements that support EverHealth’s long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, acquisition, or performance marketing roles with ownership of multi-channel pipeline contribution.
  • Experience owning inbound and outbound pipeline performance across digital marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and campaign-sourced ARR through CRO or outbound optimization initiatives.
  • Experience managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, CRO, content recommendations, or analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization, behavioral analytics, landing page optimization, UX recommendations, and diagnosing funnel friction.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies related to integrations, tagging, tracking, data quality, routing, website performance, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Heap, Groove, SFDC Cadences, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with attribution, segmentation, funnel metrics, and multi-channel reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
