About the Role
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will serve as the strategic and executional right hand to the head of revenue marketing. You will co-own growth planning, program prioritization, and performance management across channels, ensuring campaigns are not only creative and well-executed, but reliable, measurable, and adaptable under pressure.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will design growth programs, manage tradeoffs in real time, and step in to rebalance budget, effort, and priorities as market conditions change. You will be accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, including pacing against quarterly goals and efficiency metrics. This role thrives in ambiguity and is expected to lead through shifting priorities, evolving targets, and imperfect data.
What You’ll Own
This is a senior, high-impact growth leadership role designed to bring predictability, focus, and operational rigor to our go-to-market engine.
- Growth Strategy & Programs: Translate revenue targets into a clear growth strategy and scalable, repeatable demand programs across paid, lifecycle, content, and partner channels.
- Performance & Predictability: Own weekly and monthly growth performance, tracking pipeline impact, funnel efficiency, CAC, and ROI while building consistency and forecastability.
- Budget & Prioritization: Actively manage and reallocate growth budget based on performance, quickly identifying and addressing underperforming programs.
- Systems, AI & Optimization: Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure clean attribution and automation, and use AI-driven workflows, analytics, and forecasting as a core competency to accelerate learning and scale.
- Execution Leadership: Act as an escalation point when priorities or timelines shift, unblocking teams and maintaining momentum through influence, not authority.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Set execution standards, align stakeholders on goals and outcomes, and document learnings to strengthen GTM systems over time.
This role is prospecting-focused; you’ll primarily work on driving pipeline rather than customer marketing.

- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with imperfect data.
- Comfort partnering with Finance, Sales, and Ops on performance and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Practical curiosity around AI and automation — focused on leverage, not hype.
