About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our trial onboarding experience and driving user activation and conversion PLG programs. This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration across multiple teams, including marketing, product management, BI, and RevOps. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and skilled at building seamless, engaging onboarding experiences across multiple channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Trial Onboarding Email Experience: Build, manage, and optimize the trial onboarding email flows using Braze to nurture users and increase trial-to-paid conversion rates.

  • In-App Onboarding Experiences: Design and implement in-app trial onboarding journeys using tools like Appcues and Chameleon to guide users through activation and adoption.

  • Cross-Sell: Partner with Product Marketing and Product Managers to support key cross-sell initiatives with lifecycle campaigns.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze onboarding flows to identify friction points and areas for improvement, iterating based on data-driven insights to enhance conversion performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure all onboarding content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with the Creative team to develop visually compelling and brand-aligned imagery and assets for onboarding campaigns.

  • Data Flow and Segmentation: Collaborate with RevOps and BI teams to ensure proper data integration, segmentation, and reporting, enabling personalized and effective onboarding experiences.

  • Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs for onboarding flows, including activation rates, conversion rates, and user engagement, to measure success and report results to key stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Expertise with Braze, HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms, as well as in-app messaging tools like Appcues or similar tool.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of user behavior and ability to craft personalized experiences that meet customer needs.

  • Data-Driven: Analytical skills with experience leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, Creative, and RevOps teams.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data flow processes, segmentation strategies, and working with BI or RevOps teams to align on reporting and insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Appcues, Segment or similar tools.

  • Experience optimizing onboarding flows and driving user activation and conversion.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
