Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter, Global who understands how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development actually work- and how the right people accelerate revenue, retention, and long-term customer value across global markets. As we scale, our international Go-to-Market engine needs to grow with precision, speed, and quality.

This role is not about high-volume resume processing. It’s about owning the GTM hiring motion end-to-end, partnering deeply with GTM leaders both domestically and internationally, and building durable pipelines for roles that are hard to hire and business-critical.

Timezone expectations:

While we are remote-first globally, this role has an EST timezone requirement in order to support multiple timezones spanning from the West Coast of the US to EMEA/APAC. There will be occasional earlier or later in the day meetings should either candidates or hiring managers require it.

What You’ll Do

You will own recruiting for a broad set of GTM roles, including (but not limited to):

  • Sales (AE, SDR, Enterprise, Commercial)

  • Customer Success & Account Management

  • Marketing roles

  • Business Development & Partnerships

  • GTM leadership roles as we scale

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including global hiring, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles

  • Hands-on experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development functions

  • A clear understanding of how different GTM roles operate and collaborate in practice

  • Comfort recruiting in a technical or developer-adjacent environment (APIs, platforms, infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)

  • Strong sourcing instincts- you know how to find people, not just evaluate applicants

  • The ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and push back when needed

  • Experience supporting hiring across international regions

  • A bias toward clarity, follow-through, and continuous improvement

What Makes This Role Different
  • You’ll work closely with leadership on roles that materially impact revenue and customer outcomes

  • You’ll have room to shape how GTM recruiting works as the company scales, not just execute a fixed playbook

  • You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously while staying tightly aligned with business priorities

Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting in developer-focused or API-first companies.

  • Familiarity with AI, ML, speech, or data-intensive systems.

  • Experience supporting distributed, remote-first teams.

  • Experience partnering on international employment models (EOR, contractors, or direct entities).

  • Prior work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Benefits & Perks

Holistic health
  • Medical, dental, vision benefits

  • Annual wellness stipend

  • Mental health support

  • Life, STD, LTD Income Insurance Plans

Work/life blend
  • Unlimited PTO

  • Generous paid parental leave

  • Flexible schedule

  • 12 Paid US company holidays

  • Quarterly personal productivity stipend

  • One-time stipend for home office upgrades

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Tax Savings Programs

Continuous learning
  • Learning / Education stipend

  • Participation in talks and conferences

  • Employee Resource Groups

  • AI enablement workshops / sessions

Backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Madrona, Tiger Global, Wing VC and NVIDIA, Deepgram has raised over $215M in total funding. If you're looking to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the AI industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Deepgram is an equal opportunity employer. We want all voices and perspectives represented in our workforce. We are a curious bunch focused on collaboration and doing the right thing. We put our customers first, grow together and move quickly. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, parental status, genetic information, political affiliation, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.

We are happy to provide accommodations for applicants who need them.
