About us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the role

As Nourish’s first GTM Systems Engineer at Nourish, you’ll sit at the intersection of business systems, data, and engineering. You’ll be building the connective tissue that powers our go-to-market engine and as our first hire, you’ll establish and lay the foundation for our fast-growing GTM engine.

Reporting directly to our co-founder and CTO, Stephanie, you’ll partner closely with GTM, finance, and data stakeholders. You’ll own the strategy and execution of key integrations with SFDC, business-critical analytics builds, and go 0 to 1 on automating workflows that enable our Sales and RevOps teams to move faster and operate more intelligently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving complex business problems with elegant, maintainable systems - and wants to have a meaningful impact on how we reach and support more patients.

This role is full-time and open to NYC-based or remote candidates. Our NYC office is in the heart of Flatiron.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Nourish’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it scales with our growing GTM team
  • Design and maintain integrations and automations across Salesforce, Gong, our data warehouse / pipelines, and other GTM tools to create a unified, reliable data flow
  • Build automations and workflows that improve sales productivity, opportunity tracking, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and Data to deliver insightful dashboards and analytics that help leadership measure funnel performance, forecast accurately, and drive efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies, APIs, and tools that accelerate revenue operations while maintaining clean, maintainable architecture
  • Develop technical documentation, monitoring, and testing frameworks to ensure systems are reliable and clear to use
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 4+ years of experience in systems, RevOps, or GTM engineering roles
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong technical background integrating systems such as marketing automation tools (Marketo), Zapier/n8n/Clay, and other GTM systems (e.g. Gong)
  • A software engineering mindset. You are rigorous about testing, observability, and data hygiene. You are comfortable owning business-critical automations and pipelines
  • SQL experience (dbt, Snowflake is a plus)
  • Strong cross-functional communication — ability to translate between business, ops, and engineering
  • You believe AI can drive speed, clarity, and automation in GTM orgs
