Our People Team Mission

We build elegant, user-friendly systems that help great people at Sayari do their best work. Clearly. Consistently. With pride. Our People team is here to scale our impact by enabling high performance and strategic alignment at every level of the organization.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our US based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) who understands the pace, complexity, and customer focus of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. You will be a thought partner to GTM leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness during a critical phase of scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders across global sales, CS, marketing, and partnerships, helping to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Guide and support org design, team scaling, talent planning, and structural changes to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
  • Drive core people programs including performance management, engagement, succession planning, employee development, and change management.
  • Use a data-informed approach to diagnose team health, track performance trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies that support GTM scale and structure.
  • Partner across the HR and leadership team to create role-specific development plans for enterprise sales and customer-facing roles.
  • Support total rewards benchmarking and incentive design alignment for GTM roles in partnership with the Compensation team.
  • Operate inside Sayari’s PeopleOS framework, using Claude/Cowork-based skills to accelerate the recurring prep work of the role — stakeholder briefs, performance cycle packets, calibration intelligence, and engagement synthesis — so your time goes to coaching, org design, and the judgment calls only a human can make.
  • Champion our culture and values, and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment that supports retention and growth.

How You’ll Work: AI-Native by Design

Sayari’s People team runs on PeopleOS, our AI-native operating system built in Claude and Cowork. This HRBP role is expected to work inside that system, not around it:

  • Use PeopleOS skills for the recurring, time-consuming parts of the role — stakeholder prep briefs, performance cycle and calibration packets, and engagement synthesis — so more time goes to coaching leaders and making judgment calls.
  • Follow Sayari’s auditability-first governance model for any AI-assisted output: named employee data can be processed in our enterprise Claude instance with human review, but any output touching a hiring, performance, compensation, or termination decision requires a named reviewer’s sign-off before action, with the official record kept in the system of record (Rippling, Lattice).
  • Build ongoing fluency with Sayari’s approved AI tools and surface new automation ideas to the Talent Experience pillar lead — the People Team is expected to model AI-native ways of working for the rest of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting global GTM teams in an enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including sales motions, customer onboarding, success metrics, and partnership development.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling GTM functions through people programs, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and drive alignment at all levels.
  • Experience working with tools like Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent HR systems is required; knowledge of quota-based compensation structures is a plus.
  • Global HR exposure or experience supporting distributed teams is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating in an AI-native People function — using tools like Claude/Cowork to accelerate people analytics and prep work, with sound judgment about data governance, PII handling, and when a human review step is required.

The target base salary for this position is $165,000-$185,000 plus bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

BENEFITS

  • 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents
  • Generous time off; we observe all US federal holidays, close our office for a winter break (12/24-12/31), in addition to granting 18 PTO days and 10 sick days
  • Outstanding compensation package; competitive commissions for revenue roles and quarterly bonuses for non-revenue positions
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Eligibility to participate in additional benefits such as 401k match up to 5%, 100% paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage), and parental leave
  • A collaborative and positive culture - your team will be as smart and driven as you
  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities

Sayari is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. We believe diversity and inclusion mean our team members should reflect the diversity of the United States. No employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, genetics, or political affiliation. We strongly encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply.
