About this PositionThe Strategic HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business strategy to lead organizational performance, culture, and long-term capability. You will combine strategic guidance and hands-on support to partner with the business in providing people-centered solutions to meet our goals. You will partner with leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, influence decision-making, and lead change programs that allow the business to achieve its goals.Responsibilities & QualificationsIn this role, you will:
Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture programs.
Partner with leadership to align HR programs with our goals.
Lead talent management strategies, including performance, development, and succession planning.
Support organizational change, transformation, and change management processes.
Use people analytics and technology to inform decisions and track program impact.
Manage special projects that promote HR and business priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and experience.
At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partnership with senior leaders or equivalent education, training and experience.
Experience guiding organizational change and talent development with a future focused lens.
Stakeholder management, communication skills, and change management capabilities.
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $102,485.35 - $126,599.55 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
