About the role

Entrupy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to People leaders. This role partners deeply with senior managers and executives to drive performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational clarity as the company scales.

The Sr. HRBP operates as a thought partner, coach, and change agent, focusing on people strategy, talent decisions, leadership growth, and culture — not transactional HR operations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role plays a critical role in shaping Entrupy’s next phase of growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive & Business Partnership
    • Partner with People Managers to align people strategy with business priorities
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, leadership effectiveness, and team health
    • Coach  managers through complex people decisions and change
    • Support succession planning and leadership pipelines
  • Performance, Talent & Readiness
    • Lead high-quality performance review cycles and promotion discussions
    • Drive Futurespective conversations to ensure readiness translates into action
    • Partner on scope expansion, leadership transitions, and internal mobility
    • Identify and accelerate high-potential talent
  • Manager & Leadership Enablement
    • Coach managers on feedback, accountability, and career development
    • Support first-time and scaling managers through structured enablement programs
    • Strengthen decision-making, ownership, and execution through people frameworks
    • Reinforce consistent leadership standards across the organization
  • Culture, Engagement & Change
    • Champion Entrupy’s values and performance culture
    • Partner on engagement initiatives, manager forums, and leadership development programs
    • Support organizational change and adoption of new people practices
    • Act as a connector across teams to strengthen alignment and trust

What you bring:

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP roles
  • Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leaders
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills
  • Track record of driving performance, org effectiveness, and leadership growth
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience in tech, startup, or high-growth companies
  • Background in performance frameworks, org design, or leadership development
  • Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
