Operational Support & Employee Experience

  • Front-Line Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, lifecycle processes, and general employment questions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and recommend actionable improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the HRIS/Tech team to escalate system errors, with Payroll to ensure data accuracy for processing, and with HR Business Partners on complex employee changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar capacity.

  • Accuracy & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high data integrity in fast-paced environments.

  • HR Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of core HR principles, employee lifecycle processes, and basic employment law compliance.

  • System Proficiency: Experience operating as a user/administrator within enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Workday, ADP, BambooHR) for transactional processing.
