DexCare is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to perform technical implementation activities following a customer sale. The primary responsibility of this role is to configure the core services of the DexCare solution. This role collaborates with clients, project management, sales, product, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure implemented projects accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Identifies client’s core service requirements on assigned implementation projects.
- Manage and perform high quality core service build and scripting on assigned implementation projects to hit established project deadlines and meet client requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Author scripts or perform other build to implement the improvements.
- Provides technical input and recommendations to client and DexCare teams to achieve client’s desired outcomes.
- Provide demonstrations of the solution as needed during the implementation cycle.
- Coordinates closely with the internal engineering and other technical teams as necessary.
- Provides coaching and professional development to others enhancing their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Identifies and implements process improvement within the technical and implementation teams.
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience) plus at least 5-7 years of experience in an implementation engineering role.
- Advanced analytic, problem solving, and leadership skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, and translate them into technology.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across internal and external teams.
- Advanced understanding of Python and SQL programming.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
- Experience with Atlassian Product Suite and other project management systems (Confluence, SmartSheet, SalesForce, etc.).
- Experience working with Cloud Platform Services, such as MSFT Azure or Amazon AWS, with working knowledge of APIs to interface 3rd Parties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of HTML, Javascript, Typescript, and CSS concepts and techniques.
- Technical understanding of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.
- Experience with DataDog and Splunk monitoring tools.
