The Role:

Datacor is looking for an experienced professional to provide implementation services to our growing customer base.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide implementation services related to the installation, configuration, testing, training and support of our ERP software at client sites, in our office, and via remote conferencing.
  • Meet with new and existing clients to analyze their business processes and consult on optimization of our software and their business needs.
  • Become an expert of our ERP software and contribute to knowledge base updates and methodology improvements.
  • Perform other duties including developing training documentation and videos, creating user conference materials, creating and leading presentations, mentoring other implementation specialists, and other tasks and projects as needed.
  • Lead and deliver several project initiatives simultaneously as well as manage administrative tasks including weekly time sheets, recap reports, and expense reports in a timely, complete, and accurate manner 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with coursework in computer science, math, engineering, information technology, business, or related field or relevant industry experience 
  • 2+ years of ERP hands-on, full-life cycle project implementation experience with comparable ERP software as a consultant, implementation specialist, support specialist or end user 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of data/database technologies including traditional SQL concepts
  • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management software
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and close attention to detail
  • Strong focus on quality delivery and delighting customers 
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and training and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for multi-day client engagements
  • Preferred, experience with Sage X3 ERP, process manufacturing, and distribution
