The Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst will manage schedules for high-impact capital projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide priorities and reporting on project parameters.
The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for a Schedule Analyst to support this potential project.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Needed:
- Experience managing Information Technology Infrastructure and/or Physical Infrastructure related projects.
- Well-versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Experience tracking and reporting capital project scope, schedule, cost parameters.
- Experience identifying, tracking, mitigating, and reporting of risks and issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Web App and other scheduling software.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in project management, engineering, IT, construction management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience managing schedules for projects/programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) highly preferred
