With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution.

Your impact goes beyond technical execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with a committed team, making a meaningful impact while growing in the areas that interest you most.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance.

  • Execute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium-complexity projects across diverse product lines.

  • Utilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces.

  • Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project-specific tasks and identifying integration gaps.

  • Provide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and integration research - Redox is an AI-forward company and expects team members to build fluency with our approved AI toolset.
  • Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer).

  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange.

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.

  • Proven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) to support project work, documentation, or data analysis — we'll discuss your AI experience and scope during interviews.
  • Healthcare, APIs, Interface Engines

Software Platform / Tools

  • Preferred: Jira, Zendesk, Claude, Atlassian Intelligence
