Job Duties and Responsibilities
Senior IT Product Owner - Software sought by DISH Wireless LLC in Plano, TX.
Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by Revenue Management's software platform teams. Support a cross functional team to ensure the team delivers business and operational value to customers. Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and accept criteria that may include technical requirements. Support acceptance test for user stories and features. Work cross functionally to gather business requirements from all departments such as data analytic needs, reports, system accesses, and general support. Development of new projects and initiatives. Track the planning and implementation of projects. Liaise with other departments to ensure all business operations are in line with business policies. Cultivate cross-functional relationships to promote our brands retail wireless initiatives successfully. Help develop best practices that can be implemented throughout the organization.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience in telecom or business analytics experience in job offered or similar roles. Also requires 2 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
