  • Own sourcing end-to-end for key tech roles across global markets

  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates beyond standard search channels

  • Act as a strong ambassador of the role and clearly position opportunities to candidates

  • Maintain consistent and thoughtful communication with candidates throughout the process

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and clients to ensure fast and high-quality hiring

Your Superpower:
  • 2-3 years of experience in tech sourcing or recruiting

  • Hands-on experience working with startups or fast-paced tech environments

  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as AI/ML, Engineering, or Data

  • Strong sourcing skills

  • Active use of AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency or workflows

  • Fluent English
