Broadridge is Growing. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Lead Developer specializing in Java and AWS technologies supporting our Capital Markets platforms for our institutional, custodian, and retail clients.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, high-performance Java based applications in AWS.

  • Work closely with the product/business organization on strategic planning to define product roadmaps and align with technical roadmaps.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers to promote best practices and continuous learning.

  • Lead an Agile development team, while continuing to improve the Agile mindset and culture.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience

  • 16+ years of professional experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem.

  • Experience leading technical teams on-shore and off-shore

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as MSK (Kafka), Elastic Search, EKS, ECS, Fargate, S3, Aurora Postgres, and Glue.

  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, relational databases, and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range: 160,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD annual
