We are seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager to join our digital marketing agency. Our projects range from small businesses to comprehensive digital marketing strategies for large enterprises. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Lead Project Manager to oversee our dynamic and innovative web development projects and lead the existing project managers and web developers towards delivering exceptional digital solutions.

 Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of project managers and developers, ensuring efficient allocation and execution of tasks across project managers and web developers teams.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that integrates the efforts of project managers, developers, designers, and marketing professionals to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as senior management's primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any critical issues that need escalation.
  • Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and mentor project managers and team members, facilitating professional growth and development within the team.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring precise and consistent updates on project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Advocate for and ensure the alignment of project goals with the company's strategic objectives, contributing to the business's overall success and growth.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Lead project management, preferably within digital marketing, web development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring project teams to successfully deliver complex digital projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and supervise project managers and developers.
  • Excellent English (C1 level minimum) communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with a keen understanding of web development and digital marketing principles.
  • Independent contractor status, with the responsibility for own social security and tax contributions as per the legal requirements.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
