About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant as a part of the International Team within Global Payments and Liquidity. This role is highly independent and requires the knowledge and skill set to be a subject matter expert to support Senior US centric Sales teams and lead client strategy discussions. This role must be able to navigate multi-faceted discussions on banking across the globe and how we can structure solutions for customers of varying size and operating models globally. Additionally, this role must have a strong understanding of FX and risk associated with international transactions.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant as a part of the International Team within Global Payments and Liquidity. This role is highly independent and requires the knowledge and skill set to be a subject matter expert to support Senior US centric Sales teams and lead client strategy discussions. This role must be able to navigate multi-faceted discussions on banking across the globe and how we can structure solutions for customers of varying size and operating models globally. Additionally, this role must have a strong understanding of FX and risk associated with international transactions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex client discussions on international and cross-border payment solutions
- Drive client engagement on international, cross-border solutions within your geographic markets
- Educate internal US focused Sales partners on global solutions and trends impacting their client bases
- Partner with Canadian and UK Branch teams to refer clients as appropriate and collaborate on multi-branch global deals
- Advocate for the development of global solutions for our customers within the Global Payments and Liquidity Product organization
- Provide oversight on the pricing of International Cross-Border Payment proposals
- Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Global Payments and Liquidity Sales functional area
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale, or long term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Collaborate and consult with Global Payments and Liquidity Sales peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve team and organizational goals
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in International Payments within foreign exchange, trade transactions or cross border transactions from a sales or product perspective
- SWIFT for Corporates experience
- CertICM designation, ACT
- MBA
- International work experience within banking or as a treasury practioner
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
