If so, this role is for you! As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll own nurture streams and chatbot messaging, ensuring prospects and customers receive the right message at the right time. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, dive deep into data, and drive impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and optimize nurture streams that engage and convert leads at different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to retention.
  • Own and manage our web chatbot, ensuring messaging aligns with nurture strategies.
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns based on performance data and insights.
  • Partner with product marketing, content, web, and campaigns team to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to build, deploy, and optimize email, chatbot, and in-product messaging sequences.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize based on insights, A/B testing, and industry best practices
  • Stay up to date on lifecycle marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to improve our approach.

What will you need to have? 

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or retention marketing, specifically within a developer-focused company
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing web chatbots (Drift, Qualified, Intercom, or similar) and optimizing workflows
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging to developers
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A highly analytical mindset with the ability to dig into data

Extra great if you have: 

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of personalization strategies and segmentation
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
  • Experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to track and analyze performance

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $127,400– 160,956 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
