The job:  

As a Senior Manager, Acquisition and Demand Generation, you'll help more builders discover a better way to run their business. Your work will connect contractors with tools that simplify scheduling, financials and communication so they can build more efficiently and grow with confidence. You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns that turn strong product positioning into measurable pipeline and revenue, and guide a small team and agency partners to launch campaigns that stand out and reach the right builders at the right time.

What you will do:  

  • ​​Build and own an integrated campaign strategy that connects channels, content, and timing into a single coordinated motion.

  • Deliver against demand generation KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution.

  • Plan and execute integrated acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Partner with sales on shared pipeline goals, aligning campaigns to sales priorities, and building feedback loops on lead quality and follow-up.

  • Partner with product marketing to translate positioning into campaign messaging, audience playbooks, and targeting strategies.

  • Concept and launch insight-driven campaigns that differentiate Buildertrend in the market.

  • Manage and optimize digital agency partners to ensure accountability for performance and return on investment.

  • Analyze channel and campaign performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to increase scale and efficiency.

  • Stay current on acquisition trends, SaaS marketing practices, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategy.

  • Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final work.
     

Who you are and what you need:  

  • ​​7+ years of experience in acquisition or demand generation marketing in B2B SaaS required.

  • Proven success building and scaling integrated, multichannel account-based marketing campaigns.

  • Hands-on professional experience within the past two years using at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience measuring campaign performance using multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality analysis.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and/or external vendors, including collaboration with advertising agencies responsible for media execution.

  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and campaign return on investment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-moving culture and have the ability to get things done. You are hungry and set the bar high, but humble enough to ask the right questions and take ownership.
