Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions is responsible for scaling payment flows between businesses and governments globally, from SMBs to the world’s largest enterprises. Within Visa Commercial Solutions, the Large and Middle Market Global Product team owns the end‑to‑end development, execution, and commercialization of core and emerging B2B payment products, including Virtual Cards, Payables, Purchasing, Fleet, and Travel solutions.

The Senior Manager, B2B Interchange Product Management will own the day‑to‑day execution, delivery, and operationalization of Visa Commercial Choice and the Purchasing Large Ticket program. These products enable issuing clients to unlock incremental B2B payment volume through flexible interchange and pricing constructs with commercial suppliers.

This role is intentionally hands‑on and execution‑heavy. The successful candidate will translate strategy into shipped capabilities, partner closely with technology and operations teams, and ensure products move from concept to market quickly, cleanly, and at scale. Success requires comfort operating in ambiguity, strong product judgment, and a bias toward action.

What You’ll Do

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own end‑to‑end product execution from requirements definition through build, launch, and post‑launch optimization
  • Translate strategy into clear product requirements, scoped deliverables, and executable roadmaps
  • Drive day‑to‑day delivery with technology, operations, legal, risk, pricing, and regional teams
  • Manage dependencies, tradeoffs, risks, and delivery timelines in a fast‑moving environment
  • Ensure products are operationally ready, including onboarding flows, controls, reporting, and support models

 Product Development & Management

  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and platform capabilities based on customer needs, data insights, and commercial impact
  • Partner with regional and client‑facing teams to capture voice of customer and translate feedback into product improvements
  • Serve as product owner for the portfolio, making practical, high‑judgment decisions to keep delivery moving
  • Evaluate product performance, adoption, and economics and use data to drive iteration and improvement

 Commercialization & Scaling

  • Support go‑to‑market execution by enabling sales, implementation, and regional teams with clear positioning, documentation, and operating models
  • Help design and codify repeatable processes to support scale across regions and clients
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for flexible interchange products with internal stakeholders and external partners

Who You Are

You are a builder and operator, not just a strategist. You are energized by execution, comfortable in the details, and able to move complex initiatives forward despite ambiguity.

  • Strong bias toward action and accountability for outcomes
  • Strong product instincts paired with operational discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining momentum and quality
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally in large, matrixed organizations
  • Pragmatic approach to prioritization, tradeoffs, and problem‑solving

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the center of Visa’s B2B growth strategy. The work directly impacts how clients capture high‑value commercial payments and how flexible interchange products scale globally. The role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to build products that ship and perform.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
