YOUR MISSION

Turning complex data into compelling business narratives and intuitive stories.


• Combines strong analytics, data extraction and Power BI expertise with visualization excellence and business storytelling.

• Explores enterprise datasets to identify patterns, performance drivers, risks and opportunities across Global eCommerce.

• Shapes decision-ready dashboards, reporting views, insight packs and analytical narratives for senior leaders and global stakeholders.

• Supports consistent KPI interpretation and reporting standards while making complex information simple, intuitive and actionable.


EXPLORE - Extract, combine and investigate data to uncover meaningful trends, relationships and performance drivers.

VISUALIZE - Design intuitive and aesthetically strong reporting experiences that simplify complex information.

STORYTELL - Translate analytical findings into concise “what, why, so what, now what” narratives for senior leaders.

ENABLE - Provide trusted, reusable performance views and insights that improve clarity, alignment and decision speed.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


DATA ANALYSIS & INSIGHT GENERATION

• Investigate trends, deviations, risks and opportunities across commercial, customer, marketing, merchandising, CRM and operational KPIs.

• Support recurring performance analysis and ad-hoc business queries with rigorous analytical problem-solving.

• Define the KPI architecture, OKRs and measurement logic for Global E-commerce; drive market adoption, adherence


DATA STORYTELLING

• Translate complex analytical findings into concise, executive-ready narratives.

• Explain the “what, why, so what and now what” behind performance through compelling visuals and business context.

• Prepare insight packs and leadership materials that highlight drivers, implications, risks and opportunities.


VISUALIZATION & REPORTING

• Shape high-quality Power BI dashboards, reporting views and visual frameworks that improve stakeholder understanding.

• Apply strong information hierarchy, visual design, usability and accessibility principles.

• Ensure analytical outputs are intuitive, scalable, consistent and suited to the intended audience.


DATA & ANALYTICS COLLABORATION

• Work with Data Intelligence, BI, Data Engineering, Commercial Analytics and global COE stakeholders.

• Support KPI consistency, reporting standards, data-quality reviews and analytical alignment.

• Clarify business questions, data assumptions, limitations and interpretation for stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


• 5–7years in Consulting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Visualization, Insights or a related discipline.

• Strong experience with Power BI/ business-facing dashboards and enterprise reporting environments.

• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, structured datasets, data extraction and analytical concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to transform complex findings into executive-ready visualizations and narratives.

• Experience with data infrastructure, semantic models, KPI governance or automation is advantageous.

• Experience in Management/Strategy consulting (or) eComplatforms or digital-first businesses is preferred
