You will be instrumental in defining and reinforcing the value proposition of a true consultant: a subject matter expert who guides clients toward best practices. You will shift the dynamic to one where our consulting team drives efficient, repeatable processes, understands client objectives and delivers successful outcomes, and maximizes customer ROI, thereby reducing project overburn, scope creep, and customer escalations.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Elevate the Consulting Practice: Define, set, and enforce the standard for what a Bullhorn consultant is: a subject matter expert who provides professional, opinionated, and expert advice. Coach the team to lead clients to efficient processes and Bullhorn best practices that result in improved experience and ROI.

  • Performance Management and Knowledge Strategy: Manage a team of individual contributor consultants. Hold the team accountable to key department metrics, including utilization, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and delivery efficiency. You will develop and execute a Strategic Knowledge Plan to resolve the imbalance of specialized knowledge, expanding cross-product expertise.

  • Performance & Growth Coaching: Move beyond simple management to performance coaching, utilizing regular 1:1s as strategic development opportunities. Instill a feedback culture focused on growth, accountability, and the elevation of consulting acumen.

  • Onboarding and Training: Own the training strategy and oversight of onboarding for new consultants, ensuring they rapidly achieve deep product and industry subject matter expertise.

  • Client Deliverables: Partner with clients to identify key business objectives and ensure the high-quality, strategic output of all client deliverables.

SI Partner Services and Success
  • Strategic Ownership and Program Design: Act as the primary owner of strategic SI partner relationships, designing a comprehensive program that aligns partner incentives and capabilities with Bullhorn's customer success objectives, and defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of partner delivery.

  • Quality Assurance and Accountability: Partner with Professional Services to establish and enforce delivery methodology best practices. Own the resource certification strategy and actively monitor the quality of partner services, holding them accountable to the long-term success of the customers they serve.

  • Enablement and Escalation Management: Guide partner enablement to ensure deep capability, act as the primary escalation point for critical partner delivery issues, and facilitate effective cooperation between partners and internal Bullhorn teams.

  • Performance and Growth: Lead a regular cadence of business reviews with partners to assess performance, needs, and development plans to drive the quality of our partner ecosystem.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • 3+ years of direct experience managing a team of professional services consultants, project managers, or technical resources.

  • Proven experience developing, managing, and scaling an SI Partner Program or similar channel/ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement consulting methodologies that prioritize best practices, deep subject matter expertise, drive efficiency, and reduce scope creep.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to instill confidence in senior-level internal and external stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of common Professional Services metrics (utilization, CSAT, efficiency).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
