Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement & Technical Training team within the Partner Success & Services  .

This role will oversee a cross-functional team consisting of Product Strategists, Solution Architects, and Technical Trainers. You will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers world-class training and enablement experiences while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of Partner Success & Services. This means leading a team that develops scalable training programs, streamlines operational processes, and leverages cutting-edge technology to enhance learning and service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leading & Scaling the Continuous Improvement & Training Team

  • Directly manage a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, solution architects, and technical trainers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across all functions.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to scale partner and customer enablement through formal training, automation, and process optimization.

Driving Training & Enablement Excellence

  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers to ensure formal Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs are current and aligned with Wiz’s evolving products and security landscape.
  • Measure effectiveness of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs ensuring customers and partners are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance training experiences using AI-driven automation, hands-on labs, and interactive learning techniques.

Embedding Continuous Improvement in Partner Success & Services

  • Implement and refine feedback loops that gather insights from partners, customers, and internal teams to drive improvement.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline training content creation, operational processes, and service delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify efficiency gaps and implement solutions that improve customer and partner outcomes.

Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align team efforts with business priorities, ensuring training and continuous improvement initiatives drive measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Technical Success, and Partner & Channel teams to ensure alignment between enablement efforts and customer needs.
  • Serve as a key advocate for scalability, automation, and data-driven decision-making within Partner Success & Services.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 8+ years of combined experience in Professional Services and Education roles focused on cloud-native software development and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, balancing product strategy, engineering, and training disciplines.
  • Experience with Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs, including curriculum development, instructional design, and certification programs.
  • Background in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, DevOps, security best practices) with a strong understanding of technical enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills—data-driven decision-making is at the core of your leadership approach.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and cloud-native engineering to enhance training and operational efficiency.
