  • Lead executive-level client interactions, including Steer Cos, workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
  • Direct Managers and Senior Consultants on methodology, analysis, and deliverable structure, ensuring consistency and quality across workstreams.
  • Validate findings, synthesize enterprise-wide insights, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Guide target-state operating model and roadmap development, aligning roles, governance, workflows, and business–technology architecture.
  • Manage risks, scope, and escalations; mentor team members; and partner with Directors and Partners on future-phase strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 9 –12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, private markets, asset management, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs end-to-end with strong client and executive stakeholder management.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, including operating models, governance, domain modeling, stewardship, and architecture alignment.
  • Advanced understanding of private markets operations and data flows across the full investment lifecycle and front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern cloud-native data platforms, sufficient to guide business-led architectural direction.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing consulting teams while ensuring delivery quality.
  • Excellent executive communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a product-oriented, enterprise-value mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Learning and development: Vast opportunities to self-development, unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Flexible working: Work-life balance with flexible schedule
  • Community events: We offer a range of social events and meetups
  • 25 days’ holiday in addition to public holidays
  • Supplemented medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
