We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital advertising programs. This role owns end-to-end digital ad operations from platform strategy and placement to performance measurement and optimization while ensuring AHEAD’s advertising investments drive measurable business outcomes.
This leader will partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Program Marketers, and the Content and Brand Teams to align digital advertising with AHEAD’s GTM priorities, target the right audiences, and continuously improve performance across channels, solutions, and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising Strategy & Planning
  • Own and evolve the digital ad placement strategy across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Influ2, ZoomInfo Marketing, OOH, etc.).
  • Define audience targeting, solution focus, creative formats, and channel mix aligned to business goals.
  • Translate GTM priorities into scalable, measurable digital advertising programs.

  • Performance Tracking & Measurement
  • Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance across platforms into a single view, utilizing Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, cost efficiency, and measurement against marketing KPIs for target accounts by region.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms and systems, as well as reporting within Salesforce.

  • Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously optimize ads for placement, solution focus, targeting criteria and format based on performance data.
  • Run tests on creative, messaging, audiences, and channels to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future digital ad investments and campaign strategies.

  • Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and program managers.
  • Present program effectiveness, learnings, and optimization plans to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with program managers and marketing leadership to align digital advertising with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors to manage contracts, ad rate spend and ensure execution excellence.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for digital advertising operations internally by maintaining up-to-date expertise on industry trends and best practices for digital ad management and strategy execution.

  • Operational Excellence
  • Develop scalable processes and best practices for digital ad operations.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platforms, and measurement innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Required
  •  4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Preferred
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience aligning digital advertising with sales and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
