Responsibilities
Define and execute the global card business roadmap, including virtual cards, physical cards and digital wallet integrations.
Lead end-to-end launch and scaling of card programs across multiple markets, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Own relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, card manufacturers, and ecosystem partners to ensure smooth delivery and continuous optimization.
Lead integration and launch of digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regional wallet providers, driving certification, testing, tokenization and go-live readiness.
Manage physical card supply chain and vendor ecosystem, including card manufacturers, fulfillment providers and logistics partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures with payment partners, card vendors and financial institutions to achieve the best business outcome.
Build launch SOPs, operational processes and escalation mechanisms to ensure scalable operations globally.
Drive GTM strategy together with Product, Growth and Regional teams to improve card adoption, transaction volume and user engagement.
Monitor business performance, identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions through data-driven analysis.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech industries.
Proven experience launching and operating global card programs, including virtual cards and physical cards.
Hands-on experience delivering 0-to-1 Apple Pay and/or Google Pay integrations.
Deep understanding of the card ecosystem.
Experience working directly with Card Payment Industry Players (e.g. Physical card manufacturers, Issuers and BIN sponsors, Card processors, Wallet provider)
Prior experience at Visa, Mastercard, issuer processors, or leading fintech card issuers is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching card programs across multiple geographies
Experience with regulated financial products and cross-border payments.
Experience working in high-growth fintech or crypto companies.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
