Your role at a glance

The Senior Manager, Campaigns is a senior management role, responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of complex marketing campaigns, that promote company offerings and supports overall business strategy and objectives.
This role develops and implements strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads and ultimately contribute to the company's growth objectives.
This senior management role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of campaign planners and/or specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on achieving operational excellence.

What we are looking for

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Support development and execution of the global GTM strategy across regions.
  • Build and maintain GTM planning frameworks, calendars, operating cadences, and program trackers.
  • Coordinate execution across regional teams and marketing functions, ensuring alignment to global priorities.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive accountability for follow-through.
  • Help standardize GTM planning, measurement, reporting, and post-program reviews.

Strategic Planning & Leadership Support

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the SVP and marketing leadership team.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, planning cycles, strategic reviews, and priority initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and communications.
  • Track progress on strategic priorities and ensure clarity on decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Support alignment across marketing, sales, finance, procurement, regional teams, and NTT DATA stakeholders.

Marketing Operations & Budget Management

  • Lead marketing budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage visibility into campaign, event, agency, vendor, and program spend.
  • Partner with Finance on budget reviews, reforecasting cycles, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify investment optimization opportunities, budget variances, and potential risks.
  • Improve operational discipline, resource allocation, and vendor management processes.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Drive consistent planning, reporting, governance, and operating processes across the marketing organization.
  • Improve visibility of marketing priorities, results, and accomplishments across GDC.
  • Coordinate initiatives across campaigns, field marketing, communications, events, digital, and marketing operations.
  • Promote best practices, standard templates, tools, and operational standards globally.

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong experience in marketing operations, business operations, GTM strategy, or related functions.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical, financial management, budget tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive-ready communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology, CRM, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a bias for execution.

  • GTM Function Built and Operationalized: A clear operating model, calendar, planning cadence, and reporting structure are established and consistently used.
  • Leadership Alignment: Leadership has clear visibility into priorities, performance, investment decisions, risks, and follow-through.
  • Operational Excellence: Marketing budgets and resources are managed accurately and efficiently, with clear reporting and optimized spend.
  • Performance Visibility: Marketing activity, program performance, pipeline contribution, and business impact are tracked and communicated clearly.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Marketing, sales, finance, procurement, regional teams, and broader NTT DATA stakeholders are better aligned on priorities and execution.
  • Strategic Impact: The role measurably improves marketing effectiveness, GTM discipline, decision quality, and organizational execution.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, GTM, strategy, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasting, reporting, executive planning, and cross-functional programs.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred; data center industry experience helpful but not required.
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work during core U.S. business hours, with flexibility to support global stakeholders as needed.
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.

WORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Remote / flexible position with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
  • Ability to travel as needed for leadership meetings, planning sessions, team events, business reviews, and major company or customer-facing programs.

Compensation Pay Range

"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $120,000.00 - $195,000.00

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
