Angott Search Group is partnering with a multibillion-dollar global company in the search for a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead HR operational services for its U.S. division.

This role will oversee employee lifecycle administration, HR data governance, HR service delivery, process improvement, and HR technology while leading a team focused on operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience. The Senior Manager will also serve as the business owner for HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team while establishing service standards, KPIs, and operational priorities.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure employee transactions are accurate, properly documented, timely, and compliant.
  • Maintain employee data integrity, personnel records, documentation, and data governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, knowledge resources, and internal controls.
  • Oversee HR service delivery, ticketing, issue resolution, escalations, and service-level performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
  • Serve as the business owner for HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Partner with Global HR Technology and IT on system enhancements, testing, releases, automation, and process improvements.
  • Establish controls around employee transactions, documentation, system access, and data changes.
  • Partner with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Information Security on compliance and risk management.
  • Develop operational dashboards and reporting around SLAs, data accuracy, onboarding, service delivery, audit findings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a high-performing HR Operations organization through coaching, development, succession planning, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.
  • 3+ years leading an HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee lifecycle processes from hire through termination.
  • Experience developing HR policies, SOPs, internal controls, and operational processes.
  • Strong background in employee records, HR data governance, and compliance.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll and other HR functions to ensure accurate employee transactions.
  • Proven experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, global HR operations, shared services, Lean/Six Sigma, or HR technology implementations is preferred.
