Key Responsibilities:<br><ul> <li> Develop and lead the strategic planning for the HR Technology CCI portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. </li> <li> Collaborate with key stakeholders (CPOs and HR leadership) to define portfolio priorities and ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives. </li> <li> Contribute to the overall HRTS strategic portfolio roadmap </li> <li> Work with Application Management and Innovation and advisory as appropriate to solve new initiatives for the business </li> <li> Drive optimization initiatives within the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for increased efficiency. </li> <li> Coordinate resource allocation and planning efforts for HR Technology projects, optimizing the utilization of resources for maximum efficiency. </li> <li> Ensure ongoing communication around performance measurement and reporting, providing regular updates on key portfolio metrics and progress to key stakeholders </li> <li> Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects and Application Management, to ensure seamless integration of projects within the HR Technology portfolio. </li> </ul><br>Minimum Qualifications:<br><ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 year's experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years of experience in a related field </li> <li> Proven experience in a strategic or portfolio management role. </li> <li> Builds strong relationships and can effectively communicate with executive leadership </li> <li> Strong business and financial acumen </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks in portfolio management activities </li> </ul><br>Preferred qualifications:<br><ul> <li> Five years of HR-related experience </li> <li> Strong organization and planning skills </li> <li> Strong business and financial acumen </li> <li> Experience in resource allocation and planning for complex projects </li> <li> Knowledge of HR Technology trends and best practices </li> </ul><br>USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per year<br><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.<br><strong>Benefits:</strong><br>The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
