We are looking for a Senior Manager of Impact & Community Partnerships. You’ll oversee our industry-leading corporate citizenship program and manage strategic partnerships with organizations across the state. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Community Affairs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What you will do:

  • Lead our corporate citizenship program and statewide strategic partnerships on issues critical to the Texas economy and Texas Mutual.

  • Manage our annual grantmaking process that invests in workforce development and safety training, health and wellness, early childhood education and wraparound services for working families.

  • Coordinate sponsorship marketing and on-site activation to ensure effective sponsorship program that reflect the values and interests of the various regions of Texas.

  • Lead an employee volunteering program that supports the passion of our community-focused employee base.

  • Recruit, retain and coach division staff.

  • Develop and implement division goals, policies, procedures and budgets.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

  • At least two years of leadership experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

  • At least seven years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

What sets you apart:

  • Experience developing and managing wholistic corporate citizenship programs.

  • Political savvy to accurately balance stakeholder interests and community impact.

  • Background in grantmaking.

Texas Mutual Pay Transparency

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range: $120,983.05 - $149,449.65 Per Year

Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
