Job Description:

  • This is a temporary role, paid hourly
  • Dates: 09/08 – 11/03
  • Eastern or Central Timezone preferred
  • W2 on payroll only  
  • Must be US-based

We are looking for a temporary Senior Manager to support our Influencer Marketing team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories 

  • Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes 

  • Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization 

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning 

  • Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination 

  • Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance (including FTC guidelines) 

  • Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals 

  • Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities 

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed 

 

Person Specification 

  • 3 years minimum relevant agency experience 

  • Proven influencer marketing and project management experience 

  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar 

  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts 

  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail 

  • Growth‑minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 

  • Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to work from an office when needed 

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $72.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
