Rugiet sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and personalization. We’re rethinking

how patients access specialized treatments with speed, discretion, and real clinical impact. Our

growth is accelerating, our customer base is expanding across new product lines, and lifecycle

is one of the highest-leverage channels we own across the full patient journey.

If you want to build a modern lifecycle program from the ground up, shape how millions of

patient touchpoints get deployed across email, SMS, push, and in-app, and directly own the

metrics that drive conversion, retention, and growth, this is a rare role where your work will

move the business every day.

Overview

The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing is a strategic and operational lead on Rugiet’s

owned-channel program across the full customer journey, from first touch through long-term

retention. You’ll help set the direction for how we move prospects to first purchase, activate new

customers, drive refills and cross-sell, and win back lapsed patients, building a testing engine, a

creative bar, and a measurement framework that scale with the business.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Retention and partner closely with Growth, Brand, Product,

and Analytics. This is a role for someone who can zoom between the quarterly roadmap and the

details of a subject line test without dropping a beat.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Direction & Roadmap Ownership

  • Help drive the strategic direction of Rugiet’s lifecycle program across email, SMS, push, and in-app, spanning acquisition, onboarding, retention, and winback.
  • Own quarterly lifecycle roadmaps across your areas of the journey, sequencing bets, sizing impact, and aligning stakeholders on what ships when and why.
  • Partner with Growth, Brand, Product, and Analytics on how lifecycle amplifies paid, referral, and organic funnels and integrates with the broader customer experience.

Promo & Email Calendar

  • Contribute to the promo and email calendar for your areas of the lifecycle program, including offers, timing, audiences, and how it all sequences across the year.
  • Coordinate with Growth, Brand, and Merchandising so lifecycle promos land in step with paid campaigns, brand moments, and inventory realities.

A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Facilitate and scale Rugiet’s lifecycle testing strategy from hypothesis through readout, covering subject lines, offers, cadence, segmentation, and creative across the journey.
  • Build a repeatable testing framework with clear guardrails on power, duration, and decision criteria.
  • Turn wins into standards and losses into learnings the whole team can use.

Creative Design & Execution

  • Set the creative bar for lifecycle across voice, design, and structure, in partnership with Creative and Brand.
  • Brief, review, and QA every campaign that ships, making sure compliance, on-brand execution, and clean links, tokens, and audiences are all buttoned up.
  • Own the QA process end-to-end so nothing goes out the door broken or off-brand.

Metric Ownership & Measurement

  • Own the key metrics that lifecycle drives across the journey, including sign-up completion, first-purchase conversion, activation, refill rate, retention, and channel-attributed revenue.
  • Partner with Analytics on attribution, incrementality testing, and lifecycle dashboards.
  • Analyze test and campaign performance and translate results into recommendations executives can act on.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, with experience leading strategy for a high-growth DTC, subscription, or telehealth business.
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern lifecycle platforms. Braze strongly preferred; Klaviyo, Iterable, or equivalent considered.
  • A strong track record of designing and reading A/B tests that changed how a business operated, not just tests you ran.
  • Sharp analytical instincts and comfort in SQL and BI tools (Domo, Looker, Mode), or the ability to partner closely with analytics teams to get to the answer.
  • Excellent creative judgment. You can brief a designer, edit a copywriter, and QA an HTML template.
  • Proven ability to own a roadmap and promotional calendar, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship on a cadence.
  • Clear, executive-ready communication. You turn campaign results and roadmaps into decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a regulated category (health, wellness, financial services) with a working understanding of compliance guardrails.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing and holdout design.

To Apply

If you’re excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing healthcare company by building and scaling our lifecycle program, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you’re a great fit for this role.
