About Eve

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how  law is practiced, this is where you belong.

Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

You will build the program and process layer for Eve's marketing organization. Marketing spans demand generation, product marketing, brand and content, field and ABM, growth, and marketing operations. The team is scaling fast, and the operating rhythm underneath has to scale with it.

The work is about turning strong operators, pipeline and attribution data, and channel signals into the programs, playbooks, cadences, and AI-enabled workflows the team runs every week.

You report to the Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations. You own the program layer: operating cadence, cross-functional execution, process adoption, and the AI-enabled workflows that change how the team works. Together with the day-to-day execution of marketing operations (who own the attribution, systems setup, etc.), you make the marketing machine both measurable and runnable.

What you'll do
  • Run the marketing operating rhythm: weekly priorities, monthly business reviews, quarterly and annual planning, and the meeting architecture underneath it, each with a clear purpose, owner, and follow-through across demand generation, product marketing, brand and content, field and ABM, and marketing operations
  • Drive OKR and goal planning: translate annual targets into quarterly plans, connect those plans to team capacity, and run the mechanism that tracks progress so planning turns into execution instead of living in a deck
  • Lead the team's most complex cross-functional programs from kickoff to launch: product and brand launches, integrated campaigns, pipeline programs, ABM motions, and repositioning efforts that span Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance, owning scope, sequencing, milestones, and handoffs
  • Keep programs on track: maintain the program-level view of dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions, surface conflicts early, and force the real decision when teams are stuck
  • Build AI into core marketing workflows: create agents, templates, and lightweight tools that cut manual work across campaign briefing, content QA, launch coordination, internal reporting, and process QA
  • Operationalize playbooks that stick: partner with Marketing Ops and team leads to design campaign intake, launch frameworks, lead handoff, and review cycles, then own rollout, training, and adoption tracking
  • Own executive program visibility: keep milestones, owners, blockers, decisions, and risks visible for the Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations and senior cross-functional partners, and tell leadership what is happening, why it matters, and what needs to happen next
  • Remove operational drag: find the recurring work slowing the team down, then simplify it, automate it, or turn it into a clear process, and flag where commitments outstrip capacity
What we're looking for
  • 6-8+ years in technical program management, marketing operations, business operations, strategy and operations, or a similar operator role, with direct ownership of complex cross-functional programs from kickoff to launch
  • Experience running an operating rhythm for a team or function: weekly priorities, business reviews, and quarterly and annual planning, with the meeting architecture and follow-through that keeps it on track
  • Experience owning OKR and goal planning, with a track record of making plans translate into execution instead of living in a deck
  • Experience managing scope, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and decisions across teams, surfacing conflicts early and driving them to resolution
  • Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools daily, have built agentic workflows or lightweight internal tools, and know how to turn manual processes into systems that save teams real time
  • Strong operator judgment. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the real decision, sequence the work, and keep the right people moving
  • Influence without authority. You bring teams along, drive adoption, and make new processes stick across people who do not report to you
  • Clear executive communication: crisp docs, tight updates, clean decision logs, and the ability to tell leadership what is happening, why it matters, and what needs to happen next
You'll thrive in this role if you have
  • Experience in marketing operations, BizOps, strategy and operations, technical program management, executive operations, or another operating role where breadth and ownership mattered
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, especially a consumption-based or usage-based business where adoption depth drives revenue
  • Background supporting demand generation, product marketing, field and ABM, brand and content, or marketing operations
  • Background in legal technology or AI products a plus
  • Experience building internal AI tools, agents, automations, or operating systems for a team
  • Comfort operating close to an executive without waiting for detailed instructions

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
