OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Own audience and data product strategy

  • Define audience segmentation framework and taxonomy

  • Develop scalable audience products for activation across channels

  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to enhance signal and targeting capabilities

Drive data access and collaboration capabilities

  • Develop data access models including APIs, feeds, and partner integrations

  • Lead clean room strategy and partner enablement for data collaboration

  • Enable advertiser and partner access to data in a secure, privacy-compliant manner

Build operating model and governance

  • Establish governance for data usage, privacy, and compliance

  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for data monetization

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, product, and technology

Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement

  • Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.

  • Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization’s priorities

  • Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives.

  • Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject
  • 7-10 years experience in data, analytics, retail media, or ad tech. Strong background in audience strategy, data products, and data partnerships, including clean rooms and privacy-safe data collaboration
  • ​eCommerce Experience
  • Retail Media Network Experience
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
  • Experience with adobe analytics or comparable web analytics system
  • Experience with clean rooms and identity solutions (e.g., LiveRamp, etc)

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
