About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced product and senior people leader with a proven track record in leading their teams to deliver new product formulation, development, and launch. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Directly manage a team of Product Managers and Managers of Product Management, with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and supporting them in scoping work and prioritizing tasks
- Mentor your PMs and PM Leaders, and help grow their skills, identify growth areas, set expectations and provide feedback
- Manage projects across multiple teams and socialise progress across engineering teams and leadership
- Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.
- Drive internal alignment around Exposure Command platform experiences across product teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality launches, consistent user experiences, and clear go-to-market messaging
- Relentlessly advocate for our users, ensuring their voice is represented in every product decision, backlog conversation, and roadmap commitment
- Help your team stay deeply connected to customers through regular interviews, feedback loops, shadowing sessions, and ongoing discovery to surface unmet needs
- Use outcome-driven product thinking to define success, measure customer impact through adoption, time to value, and satisfaction scores
- Work with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on customer value and real world use cases.
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 7+ years of experience in a blend of product management, roles and 5+ years experience in product team leadership
- Previous experience in managing engaged and high performing Product Management teams with a track record in developing and mentoring PMs at all levels
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to drive that throughout your teams, solid understanding of customer needs, and integration of this customer impact into your team's everyday decision making
- You hold yourself and your team responsible for driving outcomes and owning both successes and failures.
- You think big but act small, helping your Product Management teams break down massive visions into actionable, high-impact components.
- You have successfully led multiple high impact products with a significant (2k+ customers) install base, demonstrating the balance between customer asks and new features.
- You build networks and work across boundaries to create outcomes that drive impact beyond your immediate team.
- You empower your team to make efficient decisions that resolve challenges and enable momentum.
