This role leads core Strategy & Insights work inside Revenue Operations, serving as a horizontal partner across Commercial rather than a partnerships-only resource. The remit is to deliver business performance reporting, forecasting, decision support, and strategic planning support across Oura’s commercial business. Revenue Operations is designed as a set of shared horizontals supporting both Partnerships and B2B, and the Strategy & Insights horizontal is specifically responsible for business performance views, executive decision support, and longer-range commercial strategy.

This role should support reporting and analysis across all motions, all markets / verticals, and all regions. Oura’s GTM model explicitly separates revenue across motion, market / vertical, and region, and requires a multi-dimensional management view that preserves clean reporting and clear accountability.

The person in this role will turn data into clear answers for commercial leadership: how the business is performing, what decisions should be made, and where Oura should focus next. They will translate ambiguity into structured analysis, executive-ready recommendations, and repeatable reporting that leadership can trust.

What you’ll doOwn commercial performance reporting and forecasting
  • Build and run end-to-end commercial performance views across Partnerships and B2B, including weekly sales and bookings, pipeline, Oura 360, Commercial MBRs, partnership reviews, and international reporting.
  • Ensure reporting works horizontally across all motions, markets, and regions, with clear logic for primary motion, primary market / vertical, and primary region.
  • Partner with Systems & Processes, Finance, and FP&A to keep metric definitions, reporting infrastructure, and data quality aligned and reliable.
  • Maintain recurring operating cadences and decision-support outputs that help leadership answer “How are we doing?” with speed and confidence.
Lead insights and decision support for commercial leaders
  • Run demand analysis, scenario modeling, success-metric design, and diagnostic analytics for major commercial questions and opportunities.
  • Build business cases, GTM P&Ls, sensitivity analyses, and investment framing for important commercial decisions and negotiations.
  • Produce concise, executive-ready memos that outline assumptions, options, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support motion leaders, portfolio leaders, and regional leaders with analysis that reflects how the business is managed while preserving reconciled reporting views.
Shape revenue strategy and planning
  • Develop board and executive materials, vertical / segment strategy work, and market opportunity sizing that connect near-term performance to longer-term commercial strategy.
  • Help Commercial leadership define where to focus by synthesizing market signals, partner performance, customer insights, and internal performance trends.
  • Support planning processes with clear views on motion economics, market opportunity, regional dynamics, and strategic tradeoffs.
Build the operating backbone for the Strategy & Insights horizontal
  • Own and improve recurring business reviews, including MBR and QBR-style forums, in partnership with PMO and commercial leaders.
  • Maintain reusable models, KPI definitions, reporting logic, and analytic templates so work scales cleanly across the commercial organization.
  • Help reinforce taxonomy and classification discipline so reporting stays consistent across motion, market, region, and seller dimensions.
  • Balance multiple senior stakeholders, maintain objectivity under pressure, and prioritize work transparently across the highest-value commercial questions.
What success looks like
  • Commercial leadership has a trusted performance view that works across all motions, markets, and regions.
  • Major strategic and operating decisions are supported by fast, decision-ready analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Reporting is cleaner, more consistent, and easier to reconcile across management views.
  • Strategy & Insights is operating as a true horizontal capability for Commercial, not as a function limited to one motion or one part of the business.
We’d love to have you on our team if you have
  • 4+ years in analytics, BI, strategy, revenue operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced spreadsheet modeling and comfort working with BI tools and structured data.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to turn ambiguity into a clear analytical plan, then drive the work through to a decision.
  • Executive communication skills: clear narratives, crisp recommendations, and simple visuals that help leaders decide quickly.
  • A strong respect for data governance, metric consistency, and reporting discipline.
  • A low-ego, high-ownership approach and comfort working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Key working relationships

This role will work closely with Commercial leadership across Partnerships and B2B, Finance and FP&A, Systems & Processes, Field Operations, and regional and motion leaders. The role is intended to be a shared horizontal capability that helps the commercial organization operate with clearer performance visibility and better decisions.
