As the Senior SDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ServiceTitan’s Outbound Sales strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires for success. Your primary focus will be leading the outbound core residential SDR front-line management team. Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Direct Mail, Creative Follow-up, whatever it takes to help us find and help as many service contractors as we can. This role is incredibly important to the entire company, and you will be working hand-in-hand with leadership to build out the best SDR team in the country. The Senior SDR Manager is responsible for implementing and executing consistent best practices across the management team.


What you'll do: 


  • Manage the core residential SDR Managers on objectives and performance achievement
  • Provide, equip, and implement manager best practices for consistent performance
  • Ownership over core residential SDR team quota attainment 
  • Monitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation
  • Shape and implement SDR strategy and processes
  • Stay abreast of and coach SDRs on best practices
  • Serve as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organization
  • Report to Director of Sales Dev on operational and financial KPIs
  • Motivate, incent, and recognize team members to encourage top performance
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new Team Members
  • Conduct weekly 1X1s with each residential core SDR Manager 
  • Work and partner closely with extended XDR management team
  • Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance  

What you'll bring: 


  • Strong preference for 2+ years of XDR Management experience 
  • Strong preference for 1+ years sales management experience
  • Direct experience as XDR and/or robust knowledge of day-to-day workflows 
  • Outbound specific cold-calling experience, not just handling inbound leads 
  • Track-record of success managing a high performing sales dev team
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
  • Expert communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data
  • Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies, proficiency with Salesforce.com a must
  • Culture of accountability and ownership 
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Salesloft, and associated tech stack items strongly prefered

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation, which may change over time. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $161,100 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $150,500 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. This role is also eligible for a variable commission plan. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary and variable commission, our total compensation package includes equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
