About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Social & Integrated Campaigns to develop and bring to life differentiated, platform-native campaigns across organic social, influencer, and CTV.

This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who can move seamlessly from insight to idea to execution. You’ll develop campaign concepts, write scripts, build storyboards, and partner closely with social, influencer, production, account, and strategy teams to ensure every idea is elevated, ownable, and uniquely suited to the brand.

The ideal candidate understands how to build ideas that work across channels without creating the same content everywhere. They have a strong understanding of social culture, creator-led storytelling, and premium video—and know how to turn a product, audience insight, or cultural moment into a compelling creative platform.

Retail experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience developing campaigns around products, promotions, seasonal moments, and fast-moving cultural trends.

What you’ll do
  • Lead creative concepting for integrated campaigns spanning organic social, influencer, and CTV.
  • Translate brand objectives, audience insights, social trends, and cultural moments into distinctive creative platforms and campaign ideas.
  • Develop campaign narratives, creative territories, scripts, storyboards, treatments, shot lists, and other materials needed to bring ideas to life.
  • Adapt ideas thoughtfully across platforms, formats, audiences, and stages of the customer journey.
  • Partner with social Leads, influencer marketers, producers, account teams, designers, editors, and external production partners throughout the creative process.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback from initial concepting through production and post-production.
  • Ensure creative work feels native to each platform while remaining cohesive and recognizable as part of a larger campaign.
  • Identify opportunities to use creators as more than distribution partners, including as talent, storytellers, and collaborators in the creative development process.
  • Present and defend creative recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Balance ambitious creative thinking with budgets, timelines, production realities, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.
  • Stay close to emerging formats, creator behaviors, platform trends, and shifts in how audiences consume content.
  • Use performance insights and audience response to strengthen future creative recommendations.
  • Raise the creative bar across teams by sharing inspiration, developing best practices, and helping others push ideas further.
What we’re looking for
  • 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, copywriting, art direction, or integrated campaign development.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong campaign ideas and storytelling across social, influencer, digital video, and/or CTV.
  • Experience taking work from initial insight and concept through production and final delivery.
  • Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, presentation, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience creating storyboards, treatments, creative decks, or other materials that clearly communicate an idea.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and platform-native content.
  • Ability to develop ideas that are both creatively ambitious and executable.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback across disciplines.
  • Confidence presenting creative work and articulating the strategic thinking behind it.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across creative, strategy, account, influencer, social, and production teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and move effectively within fast-paced timelines.
Preferred experience
  • Experience working with retail, consumer, lifestyle, food and beverage, beauty, or CPG brands.
  • Understanding of retail campaign rhythms, including seasonal moments, product launches, promotional periods, and high-volume content needs.
  • Experience developing creator-led campaigns and working directly with influencers or talent.
  • Experience concepting and scripting for CTV, streaming, YouTube, or other long-form and premium video formats.
  • Agency or in-house brand experience working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
What success looks like
    • Campaign ideas are distinctive, ownable, and rooted in a clear audience or brand insight.
    • Creative feels native to each channel while connecting back to one cohesive idea.
    • Teams have a clear creative vision that carries consistently from concept through execution.
    • Clients view this person as a trusted creative partner who brings fresh, actionable thinking.
    • The work raises the creative standard across organic social, influencer, and CTV.
