Position:                 Senior Manager, Strategic Programs


Location:         361 Centennial Pkwy, Suite 300 Louisville, CO 80027 (Various Unanticipated Worksites throughout the United States)

Responsibilities:     Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals, including but not limited to go-to-market initiatives, new product launches, customer expansion, business system implementation, and integration of mergers and acquisitions.  Refine and prioritize future objectives that support JumpCloud’s Mission, Vision and Strategy and then break those down into measurable components; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, sales, engineering, G&A functions) to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.  Lead retrospective meetings to learn from our efforts.  Track and report on progress and monitor project milestones and escalate issues that threaten success; Monitor and manage program cost/budgets, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues.  Propose project modification such as devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.  Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, identifying and managing dependencies while managing scope, risk and communications; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners; Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies and best practices.  Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies; Analyze program performance data and identify areas for optimization.  Review and analyze the efficacy of revised business strategies.  Monitor the long-term effects of business changes; Effectively communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership; Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators.

Position supervises 5 employees

Position will be headquartered in Louisville, CO but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Educ./experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management or a related role within the technology field. Experience must include: leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs; data analytics resourcing; building data analytics reports; managing technical implementations; working with senior executives; SaaS; project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma/Lean; project management software: Jira, Asana, and Confluence.

Position supervises 5 employees

Salary range:                $180,000 to $272,000/year
