We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources Team. This individual will be responsible for shaping and driving SupplyHouse’s global hiring strategy across corporate, technical, and operations teams. As a trusted partner and thought leader to senior leadership, this individual will use data, market insights, and innovation to position SupplyHouse as a destination for top talent. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. Additional travel may be required based on department and company needs. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility

Base Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 per year

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a national and global Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with SupplyHouse’s business objectives, growth priorities, and long-term workforce planning
  • Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, collaborating on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent forecasting to enable business success across corporate and operations functions
  • Act as a thought leader in the talent space, identifying emerging hiring trends, market shifts, and innovative sourcing approaches that position SupplyHouse as a top employer in the eCommerce and technology sectors
  • Drive deep partnership and integration with both Fulfillment and Customer Service operational leadership teams, supporting high-volume hiring needs through direct hiring events and partnership with third-party contingent staffing vendor(s)
  • Champion SupplyHouse’s culture and brand mission, ensuring all recruiting practices, messaging, and candidate experiences reflect our core values and people-first philosophy
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operations roles ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Design and implement global sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across domestic and international markets
  • Build and nurture the company’s employer brand, partnering with Human Resources and Marketing to expand visibility and strengthen SupplyHouse’s reputation as an inclusive, innovative workplace
  • Leverage analytics and market intelligence to drive data-informed hiring decisions, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and DEI outcomes
  • Continue to build and refine the company’s university relations strategy through robust programs and pipelines for early-career talent across corporate functions
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, building future leadership capability and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting strategy, ensuring equitable access, inclusive processes, and diverse representation across all talent pipelines
  • Optimize recruiting technologies, tools, and vendor partnerships to enhance scalability, automation, and candidate experience
  • Represent SupplyHouse as a talent ambassador, engaging in external thought leadership, industry events, and networking opportunities to advance the company’s reputation in the talent marketplace

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a related Human Resources function
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a recruiting function or managing a multi-person team
  • Background in hiring, scaling recruitment, and building a talent hub in India
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing nationwide and global recruiting strategies across corporate, technical, and operations roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to use data and market insights to inform strategy and improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence talent planning and organizational design
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, interviewing, and offers via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and MS365, including Microsoft Word and Excel 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience driving employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Recognized thought leader or industry contributor within the talent space
  • Experience working with Employer(s) of Record for international talent acquisition, and with third-party contingent staffing vendors for operational high-volume hiring
